1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a PayHub account or using our payment link service, you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

PayHub may change these terms as described in section 10.

2. Description of service

PayHub is a payment link platform. Merchants create orders and payment links in the PayHub merchant panel, in the merchant apps or from their own systems through the PayHub API, and their customers pay by bank card or with the other payment methods the merchant offers, such as Stripe or Idram. Payments are processed by the payment providers the merchant connects and go to the merchant; PayHub does not receive or hold the money.

3. Account registration

Merchants must provide accurate registration information, including a valid business tax identification number, a valid contact email, and a phone number. PayHub may suspend accounts where information is found to be false, inaccurate, or outdated.

4. Merchant obligations

As a merchant, you agree to: (a) only create payment links for genuine goods or services you offer, (b) keep your account credentials secure, (c) honour refunds and customer disputes in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, and (d) maintain accurate records of transactions for tax and audit purposes.

5. Fees & payments

Each merchant is on one plan: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or per-transaction. The prices are shown on the PayHub website and, for your own account, on the Subscription & billing page of the merchant panel.

A monthly or yearly subscription is paid in advance for each term and renews automatically until you cancel it; each renewal is charged to the card you keep on file with PayHub. If a renewal payment fails, PayHub tries again once a day, up to five attempts in all, and emails you after each one; after the fifth failure the subscription is cancelled.

On the per-transaction plan you pay a percentage of the value of your paid orders. Every month from the day the plan started, PayHub issues a statement for the month just ended, to be paid within 30 days; orders refunded in full or in part are not counted. When the plan ends — because you cancel it, change to another plan or PayHub ends it — a final statement bills the fees up to that moment. A statement of a plan that has ended is charged to the card you keep on file with PayHub on its due date; if it is still unpaid after that, PayHub emails you a reminder every week and you cannot choose a new plan until it is paid.

Fees are billed to you separately and are never deducted from your customers' payments. PayHub may change its prices with 30 days' notice. How plans are cancelled and fees refunded is described in our Refund and cancellation policy.

6. Refunds & chargebacks

Refunds are made by the merchant from the PayHub merchant panel or app, in full or in part, to the payment method the customer paid with. PayHub may also return a payment itself: when the amount a payment provider reports does not match the order, or where fraud, a legal or regulatory requirement, or the rules of a payment network require it. How refunds and cancellations work is described in our Refund and cancellation policy.

Card chargebacks are governed by the rules of the issuing scheme; PayHub does not guarantee chargeback outcomes.

7. Prohibited activities

Use of PayHub for the following is prohibited: illegal goods or services under applicable law, unlicensed gambling, adult content involving minors, weapons, controlled substances, and any activity that violates the rules of the payment providers the merchant uses. PayHub may suspend accounts engaging in prohibited activity without prior notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. PayHub may terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or regulatory cause. Upon termination, payment links are deactivated and merchant access to the admin panel is revoked, but historical transaction records remain available for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

PayHub's total liability under this agreement is limited to the platform fees paid by the merchant in the three months preceding the claim. PayHub is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Changes to terms

PayHub may change these terms. Each change is published on this page as a new version, with its number and the date it was published, and every earlier version is kept.

A change that affects your rights or obligations applies to you only once you accept it. The next time you sign in to PayHub after a new version is published, you will be shown which documents have changed and asked to accept the new version before you continue. Continuing to use the service does not by itself mean that you accept it. Until you accept, the version you last accepted continues to apply to you, but you will not be able to use your account.

If you do not want to accept a new version, you can decline it, which signs you out, and end this agreement as described in section 8.

Corrections that do not change the meaning of these terms, such as fixing a typo or a translation, are made without asking you to accept again; a corrected version is marked with the date of the correction.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PayHub is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Language

These terms are written in English and may be translated into other languages. A translation is provided so that you can read them in your own language. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails, unless the law that applies to you requires the version in your language to prevail.
